MEET THE FOUNDER/CEO
KEENA EDWARDS, Founder and CEO, brings 12 years of strategic leadership and business development to the team. In addition to being a successful Realtor in both North and South Carolina, Ms. Edwards is the driving force being EDRUSH’s professionalism and productivity. Specializing in Right of Way acquisitions and relocation services, security management, uniform services and personal protective equipment (PPE) as well as commercial and residential real estate, she settles for nothing less than excellence. Ms. Edwards prides herself on understanding the needs and goals of her clients and strives to always produce their desired outcomes. Ms. Edwards earned her bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management with a concentration in Project Management from Charleston Southern University and obtained an associate degree in General Business for marketing from Trident Technical College. She has been a member of the National Association of Realtors since 2005.
JENNIFER ELKINS has worked with EDRUSH Consulting and Development Group in an administrative capacity for more than six years. Prior to that, she worked in non-profit administration. She has experience in a variety of administrative roles, including basic clerical activities, marketing and communications, staff onboarding and development, and bookkeeping. In 2017, Jennifer left her full-time position in the administrative field and started a career in behavior analysis. She continues to work with EDRUSH Consulting and Development Group as its Finance Manager on a part-time basis.
Jennifer earned her undergraduate degree from University of Massachusetts Lowell and attended The Citadel Graduate College for her Masters. She also earned a graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from University of Massachusetts Lowell. Upon completion of her graduate work in 2020, she became a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
Jennifer was born and raised on Long Island, in New York, and moved to South Carolina in 2002. There, she met and married her best friend, Brad, and they have one four-year old, Barkley. As a breast cancer survivor, she volunteers for the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life and also participates in their Making Strides for Breast Cancer walk in October. In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing, music, and photography. She also loves to travel and is always looking forward to her next adventure.
Jesse Cruz II
JESSE CRUZ II is the Operations Manager for EDRUSH Consulting and Development Group. Jesse serves as a liaison between clients and the business to see projects through completion. In his role, he is responsible for collaborative team building and business development. Jesse holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Business Management from UNC-Charlotte and currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Francis Marion University.
SHONTREL MIDDLETON is the General Manager for EDRUSH Consulting and Development Group. Shontrel joined EDRUSH Consulting and Development Group in 2019 as the Office Manager and since joining the company, her passion, motivation and drive have rewarded her with a promotion to General Manager. Shontrel’s interest in continuous career development and fine-tuning her management skills has allowed her the opportunity to oversee EDRUSH’s daily operations. Bringing 15 years of exceptional customer relation skills, technical support and management experience to the business, it enables her to seamlessly perform her daily duties.
Sr. Project Manager
JULIA O’NEIL brings a rich and varied background as a new addition to the EDRUSH Consulting and Development Group. She has extensive experience using the five phases of project management, including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling. As a Senior Project Manager at EDRUSH, Julia approaches all projects with a strong strategic focus. She manages Key Account Projects overseeing performance and customer satisfaction.
Julia also brings a career approaching the 20-year mark. She is a proactive and innovative Human Resources, Compliance, & Employee Relations Specialist with senior-level experience in related capacities. Her aptitude for conflict resolution and mediation is supported by years of hands-on experience. She is known for leading by example, maintaining a positive outlook, and ensuring the delivery of consistent results across the board. In addition to Julia's professional success, she holds a master’s degree in the Studies of Law from Wake Forest University School of Law.
